                               RESOLUTION NO. 19281
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
                   WORKS AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO
                   EXECUTE AND ATTEST, RESPECTIVELY, AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH THE McCALLIE SCHOOL RELATIVE
                   TO MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
                   SIGNAL MAST ARMS AT THE INTERSECTION OF
                   BAILEY AVENUE AND DODDS AVENUE, WITH THE
                   McCALLIE SCHOOL PAYING TO THE CITY AN AMOUNT
                   NOT TO EXCEED TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim Administrator of the
       Department of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and 
are
       hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an
       Agreement with the McCallie School relative to materials and
       installation of traffic signal mast arms at the intersection of
       Bailey Avenue and Dodds Avenue, with the McCallie School paying 
to
       the City an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
